Whether it’s by the open fire or on the roof terrace, our guests can choose from a varied drink selection at the bar.
We are particularly proud of our extensive wine selection; 57 wines in total of which 21 are available by the glass. Working closely with Hallgarten Druitt & Novem, the wine selection is chosen for the menu style and paired to the dishes.
Pete actively visits vineyards and events to source the best possible wines for the enjoyment of our guests.
The spirit collection is equally well stocked with a superb range of gins, rums and whiskies including Benromach, a fine handcrafted Scotch whisky.
If real ale is your choice we try to support the excellent local brewery’s and even have our own Newbury IPA. The best continental beers are chosen to provide a drink selection to hopefully suit our guests tipple of choice.
Our chefs are even involved with the drinks, creating real fruit slushies for either cocktails or to be enjoyed as they are.
